Details: Join us for a screening of Bot Bakery’s Episode of The Ones That Will and an opportunity to experience her incredible food creations first-hand!

The Tasting: With Thanksgiving approaching and various holidays to follow, a lot of mindless waste tends to accumulate. Food waste is just one aspect, so before you make your way to Thanksgiving dinner leftovers, let’s talk Thanksgiving food scraps! Betty Alper, founder of Bot Bakery has curated a delicious vegan, gluten-free tasting menu, incorporating food items that are commonly discarded. You’ll taste things like carrot skin and pumpkin seed pulp crackers, citrus peel tofu, and lots more! At the end of the tasting, we will have three cupcake flavors to choose from and decorate with various vegan toppings and vegan frostings.

Arrive early to grab a seat for a short screening of Bot Bakery’s episode and ask Betty any questions you might have. Then we’ll grab a coffee move into the private dining room for the tasting! 

The Ones That Will is a video series that was created to reinforce our dedication to encouraging a conscientious lifestyle. The series profiles business owners who have prioritized ethical consumption in various forms. Season Two of the series launched October 2018.
